Grown on the misty highlands surrounding the ancient Mayan city of Palenque.  This coffee only exists because four cooperatives joined forces to combine their collective expertise and create the finest coffee their region could yield. This stunning coffee is even finer than the sum of its considerable parts and we can say no more than it just has to be tasted.
