WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Decide which two - or more - coffees you would like delivered each month to start with. See the options in the drop down list lower down this page. You may want to have a look around the site, BUT YOU MUST COME BACK TO THIS PAGE TO PLACE YOUR MONTHLY ORDER.
2. Complete the drop down lists/ check boxes below on this page to confirm your choices and how many packets you want. (N.B. You can change your coffee selection at any time in the future).
3. Click the "Add to Basket" button and proceed to checkout.
4. During the checkout process you will be asked to pay NOW for your first delivery. You can make this payment by credit/debit card in the usual way.
5. Pull up a chair by your letterbox and wait for the coffee to arrive.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We will send your first delivery to you - or to your nominated recipient - immediately. We will then send a delivery to you after we receive each monthly standing order payment. We ask please that your payment is made from your bank on the 1st day of the month. This can take until the 4th/5th to show up in our account. So we usually despatch your coffee around the 7th/8th and you will usually receive it around the 9th /10th. Sometimes it can be a little earlier, sometimes a little later, as stock, holiday dates and other variables can upset the routine. So perhaps try to keep a packet or two in hand!
We will send to you - at the same time as we send out the first delivery - the necessary information so that you can set up the standing order before the next monthly delivery is due. N.B. A standing order by its nature may be cancelled by you at any time without reference to us if you are dissatisfied in any way, or even if you are not!
HOW GOOD A DEAL IS IT?!
Coffees on special offer (e.g. 3 for price of 2) from time to time may be in practice be available at less than £7.95 for two including delivery. However, your subscription allows you to have ANY two coffees at £7.95 interchangeable at your option. Broadly speaking you will be usually be benefiting from an effective discount of about 10% to 20% off the price of the coffee. It is also more convenient than having to place a new order every month or whenever.
