WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Decide which coffee(s) you would like delivered each month to start with. See the options in the drop down list lower down this page. You may want to have a look around the site, BUT YOU MUST COME BACK TO THIS PAGE TO PLACE YOUR MONTHLY ORDER.
2. Complete the drop down lists/ check boxes below on this page to confirm your choices and how many packs you want. (N.B. You can change your coffee selection at any time in the future).
3. Click the "Add to Basket" button and proceed to checkout.
4. During the checkout process you will be asked to pay NOW for your first delivery. You can make this payment by credit/debit card in the usual way.
5. Pull up a chair by your letterbox and wait for the coffee to arrive!
WHAT DO WE DO?
We will send your first delivery to you - or to your nominated recipient - immediately. We will then send a delivery after we receive each monthly standing order payment. We ask please that your payment is made from your bank on the 1st day of the month. This can take a few days to show up in our account. We then match up the payment and the order and aim to despatch your coffee so that you receive it around the middle of the month. Sometimes it can be a little earlier, sometimes a little later, as stock position, holiday dates and other variables can affect the routine. So perhaps try to keep a packet or two in hand!
We will send to you - at the same time as we send out the first delivery - the necessary information so that you can set up the standing order before the next monthly delivery is due. N.B. A standing order by its nature may be cancelled by you at any time without reference to us if you are dissatisfied in any way, or even if you are not!
HOW GOOD A DEAL IS IT?!
Broadly speaking you will usually be benefiting from an effective discount of about 10% to 20% off the usual price of the coffee & delivery combined. Coffees on special offer (e.g. 3 for price of 2) may be available for a time at less than your monthly sub'. However, remember that your subscription includes delivery, and allows you to specify ANY* coffee(s) interchangeable at your option. It is also more convenient than having to place a new order every month or whenever.

CHOOSING YOUR COFFEE

There is a "Coffees of the Month" option - particularly suitable for a gift - where we will send our full range over a period of time, and we will include no more than one pack of any particular origin each month.
You - or the recipient of your gift - can change the monthly selection at any time just by sending us an email.
If you don't give us any instructions at the outset, we will send you "Coffees of the Month" until you let us know what you want.
Whole beans are for grinding at home. Omni-grind is suitable for most coffee makers except espresso machines. Finely ground is suitable for espresso machines and can also be used in some filter machines.
Please note that ground coffee is only available in 227g packs. Finely ground coffee is limited to the Indonesian, Ethiopian and Colombian Decaffeinated coffees.
