Ethiopia's coffee trees are the original Arabica varieties and define specialty coffee. Eight of OCFCU's 35 co-operatives are Fairtrade certified. Oromia's coffee is heirloom, forest-grown, organic, bird-friendly and small farmer produced. Harvest is done by hand and organic compost is used.
